Lomas Hipódromo
A home where light is felt before it is seen recessed into the architecture, grazing the stone and plaster walls, never announcing itself. A full residential specification in Lomas Hipódromo, Estado de México. 2700K throughout, DALI control, IP65 exterior.
Every surface lit to reveal what it is made of.
The residence is defined by a refined material palette polished plaster, natural stone, dark timber, and custom millwork each requiring precise colour rendering to read at its full depth under artificial light. We specified CRI 90+ downlights throughout at 2700K, positioned to graze wall surfaces and reveal texture without introducing hotspots on the ceiling plane.
Circulation and secondary spaces received the same care as the principal rooms: corridor lighting runs on an independent DALI circuit, allowing the home to dim progressively from the social areas toward the private bedrooms, creating a natural gradient that guides movement through the house after dark
