Flexible enough for how the office actually works.
Open-plan offices require lighting that can adapt to shifting desk configurations, to different task intensities, to the difference between a focused work morning and a collaborative afternoon. We specified an adjustable track system throughout the open floor, allowing beam angles and positions to be redirected without tools as the layout evolves. All heads were commissioned at 4000K for sustained alertness and cognitive clarity during long working hours.
Meeting rooms received independently dimmed DALI circuits with tunable white capability shifting from a focused 4000K for analytical work sessions to a warmer 3000K for presentations and client-facing discussions. The transition is immediate and requires no technical knowledge from the user.
