Fisher Island 333
A private residence on Fisher Island, Miami Beach one of the most exclusive addresses in the United States. All exterior and pool lighting products were specified to marine-grade standards, rated IP65 or above for coastal environments. The entire lighting scheme was specified at 2700K and is controlled through a DALI lighting control system.
The view cannot have a competitor.
Fisher Island faces the Atlantic. The principal living areas open onto panoramic water views through floor-to-ceiling glazing, which means any ceiling fixture that produces glare reads ten times more harshly than in a conventional interior. The light source must be invisible. What remains the warmth on the plaster, the depth in the room is the work.
We specified ultra-low-glare downlights with honeycomb anti-glare baffles throughout all ocean-facing rooms, selected at 2700K to hold warmth against the cool Atlantic blues during evening hours. A DALI dimming system integrates across every zone, allowing the residence to transition from full brightness to a near-candlelight dinner setting through flush-mounted controls in each room.

Miami-Dade’s coastal code and the saline environment required IP65-rated fixtures across all exterior terrace areas. Every exterior fitting was specified in matte black to vanish against the window frames — the terrace reads as a seamless extension of the interior after dark.
