A full-floor corporate fit-out at Arcos Bosques, Bosques de las Lomas. Open-plan areas at 4000K, meeting rooms with tunable white between 3000K and 4000K, controlled throughout by a TRIAC dimming system.
A workspace that performs at the level of its occupants.
Open-plan areas were designed to international workplace standards: 4000K for cognitive clarity and alertness, with illuminance at 500 lux at desk height and a uniformity ratio above 0.6 throughout. No area of the floor reads visually heavier or dimmer than another.
Meeting rooms received tunable white systems on TRIAC circuits shifting from 3000K for collaborative discussion to 4000K for document review and analytical work. Reception was designed as the brand’s first physical expression: a continuous linear cove in indirect 3000K, flanked by precision accent downlights on the identity wall.
